Rental companies own the towels and sheets — you rent them by the use, forever, and you get whatever comes off the truck.
We wash your linen and give it back. Your quality standard, your brand, your inventory.
Month to month, no penalty
Industry contracts run three to five years with automatic renewal, annual escalators, fuel and environmental surcharges, and termination penalties that can run to half the remaining term.

48 hours — at any volume
Linen rental doesn’t have a turnaround at all; it has a weekly exchange cycle. And the delivery apps that advertise 24 hours quietly slow down as your load grows — one national operator publishes three business days once you pass 100 lbs, which is a normal week for a spa.
We run out of a plant on Highway 6. Picked up Tuesday, back Thursday — whatever it weighs.

One thing we don’t do: we don’t handle laundry from medical, dental, dialysis or nursing facilities, or anything that could carry bloodborne pathogens under OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1030. That’s a different licence and a different plant — we’ll happily point you to one.

What happens if something goes wrong
Most laundry services won’t put this in writing until you ask twice. Ours is on the website.
- We carry bailee’s insurance. The moment your linen is in our van it’s covered — a standard laundry policy excludes goods in your care, so we carry a separate one.
- Lost or damaged items: 10× the processing charge on that item. The industry standard, stated up front rather than buried.
- 24 hours to raise a claim from delivery, so we can trace it while the load is still identifiable.
- Normal wear isn’t a claim. Fading, shrinkage, pilling and button loss on commercial linen are excluded — as they are everywhere. We’ll tell you before we wash if something looks marginal.
- Every load is weighed and ticketed. You get the number, not an estimate. Photograph the scale yourself if you want.

A short route is what lets us hold a 48-hour turnaround at any volume, at a rate the national services only quote for small bags. If you’re inside this ring, we can be at your door on a fixed weekly window.
Just outside it? Call anyway — if your volume justifies the drive we’ll extend the route.
Straight answers
How is this cheaper than doing it in-house?
Usually it isn’t the water bill — it’s the person. A staff member babysitting a domestic washer for two hours a day is roughly $7,000 a year of payroll doing work that isn’t why you hired them, on a machine that will die in eighteen months. At 150 lbs a week our bill is about $224 and nobody on your team touches it.
What’s the catch with the free trial load?
There isn’t one, and there’s no contract to sign to get it. We’d rather spend $40 showing you the fold quality than spend an hour arguing about a rate card. If you don’t like the work, you keep the clean laundry and we go away.
Do I need to sort or count anything?
No. Fill the bag. We sort, weigh and count on our end, and the weight ticket comes back with the delivery. If you want items counted in and out — common for care homes and short-term rentals — we’ll do a piece count for no extra charge.
What if I need it back faster than 48 hours?
Same-day is available on the Tuesday and Saturday routes if we have it by 8am, at a 35% premium. For spas and gyms running tight on inventory, the cheaper fix is usually one extra linen set rather than a rush fee — we’ll tell you honestly which one you need.
How do I pay?
Card on file through Stripe, charged after each delivery, or monthly invoicing on net-15 for accounts over 200 lbs a week. No setup fee, no minimum term, no deposit.
Are you insured?
Yes — general liability plus bailee’s coverage specifically for customer goods in our care, and hired & non-owned auto for the route. We’ll send a certificate of insurance before the first pickup if you need one for your file. Ask; most vendors make you chase it.
Can you take medical or dental laundry?
No. Laundry from healthcare facilities falls under OSHA’s bloodborne pathogens standard and needs a plant set up for it. We’re a commercial wash-dry-fold operation and we’d rather say so than take work we can’t handle properly.
Who actually shows up?
One of the two owners, for now. That’s not a scale story — it means the person who signed your agreement is the person carrying your bags, and you have their mobile number.
